This isn't just a pretty NUI.

Official documents are controlled server-side.

Each record can contain:

  • Unique document number
  • Character owner
  • Owner name
  • Document type
  • Document information
  • Issuing employee
  • Issuing employee identifier
  • Issue date
  • Current status
  • Revocation information

Document statuses:

🟢 ACTIVE
🟡 SUSPENDED
🔴 REVOKED

The database remains the source of truth.

💾 PERSISTENT RECORDS

Documents survive:

  • Resource restarts
  • Server restarts
  • Player reconnects

Character ownership uses framework character identifiers when available instead of relying on temporary server IDs.

Want players to physically carry their ID?

2wenty8K Documents also supports optional physical document cards through ox_inventory.

Cards can be configured for:

  • State IDs
  • Driver's Licenses
  • Weapon Licenses

The physical card points back to the official server record.

So if a document is revoked, an old inventory card doesn't magically make it valid.

🚀 INSTALLATION

Add the resource to your server and ensure:

ensure ox_lib
ensure oxmysql
ensure screencapture
ensure 2wenty8k_documents

If using physical cards:

ensure ox_inventory
ensure 2wenty8k_documents

Configure your jobs in:

shared/config.lua

Then restart the resource.

The database tables are created automatically.
